[Ietab] getting document object

hi all,

I am very much impressed from IE tabs.I am learning the IE tabs.

I am writing an extension using IETabs.I am confused how i will get the
document object loaded in IE.

for example i have done
gIeTab.addIeTab("http://google.com");

now how i will get the document object of "google.com" loaded in IE?
