Please note that IETab only works on Windows because its plugin relies 
on COM to control IE (See "Requirement" section on 
<http://ietab.mozdev.org/>).

But you may want to have a look at <http://ieview.mozdev.org/>, 
especially at the fourth point of "Known Issues" which presents a 
work-around for IEView on Mac.
