[Ietab] SeaMonkey Compatible?

Preliminary testing shows that IETab 1.1.0 works about as well on 
SeaMonkey 1.5a as 1.0.9 did.  I was not able to get it working on 
SeaMonkey 1.0.4.

I will try to make time to look into it.  If I can find the problem and 
the fix, I will let the developers know.  They have been willing to  
include my SeaMonkey fixes before.
