[Ietab] Can I get CTRL-K and CTRL-ENTER to send to Outlook/Web in
IETab?

Hi, first off, I REALLY like IETab, especially the latest version which
allows the browser controls to work with the embedded IE. I only use it
for a small number of sites, but they're generally pretty critical. Of
particular importance is Outlook/Web from home. With the latest, almost
everything works perfectly. However, I'm very much a keyboard guy and
prefer not to have to reach for the mouse if at all possible. As a
result, to check names in Outlook/Web I use CTRL-K, and to send a
message I use CTRL-ENTER. CTRL-K is typically mapped by Firefox, but
with the keyconfig extension I'm able to eliminate that. However, the
key combo still doesn't make it to IETab for some reason. Additionally,
CTRL-ENTER, which doesn't seem to be mapped by Firefox, isn't being
received by IETab either. Any thoughts on how I can get over this last
hurdle?
Thanks for the great work!
