[Ietab] IE Tab Extension Plugin

Should this suppose to work with FF 1.5 on Linux?

When I click on a link that is added to the list of IE sites I get this

URL: chrome://ietab/content/reloaded.html?url=http://update.microsoft.com/
BODY: Click here to download plugin.

When I click on `Install Missing Plugins' I get `unknown plugin' message and
no plugins get installed.

Please help
