[Ietab] IE Tab 1.0.6 Localization Problem?

Hello All,
We got some users report their IE Tab 1.0.6 localiztion doesn't work!?

For some example:
1. Localization problem

but I have no idea about what's problem cause it.
Is anybody got the same localiztion problem? or u all work fine?
