[Ietab] no context-menu icon and other users

I have Win2Ksp4 installed
Firefox 1.5


I recentlly installed your add-on.  The icon on the
context menu did not appear.  I installed it as
administrator, but when I went to my regular user
acct.  IEtab is not there.  Do you have to install it
for every user?
