[Ietab] IE Tab not using correct User Agent header

Hi,

I like IE Tab a lot. It's exactly what I needed for beginning computer
users that require IE for certain websites.

My only problem with it is that for i.e. Windows Update, it does not work
as advertized. If I go to the Windows Update website, it switches to
Internet Explorer correctly (as indicated by the IE icon in the
bottom-right corner).

But my Internet Explorer Tab still says:

Thank you for your interest in obtaining updates from our site.

To use this site you must be running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5
	or later.

To upgrade to the latest version of the browser, go to the
	Internet Explorer Downloads website.

I added both:

	http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
	http://update.microsoft.com/

to IETab.

After restarting Firefox a second time, it suddenly worked. Is this a
known issue, rare bug or was I just unlucky ? :-)

Great work though, simple and very useful.

Two requests for enhancements:

+ It would be nice to be able to replace the official 'Windows Update'
icon in the start-menu by Firefox + IETab, by default. Any help or ideas
  to make this happen ?

+ It would be convenient to have the Microsoft Windows Update website
(and other known major Windows-only websites) to be pre-defined in IE
Tab so that users do not need to add them themselves.

Kind regards,
