[Greasemonkey] Noshow in the Firefox Tools menu

After downloading Greasemonkey and installing it to Firefox and reloading Firefox, the Tools menu still does not show 
Greasemonkey -> Enabled / Manage User Scripts / etc. 

Any ideas on what to do/what I'm doing wrong?
