No, I stole it from Windows. I think maybe OSX does it as well.
Looking around a bit now, I see that the standard is to not put the
default action in the context menu. Thus there is no need to
distinguish it. I could do that too -- just remove "install user
script" completely from the context menu. Thoughts?
