[Greasemonkey] Move list?

Hi,

Is there any "google groups to mail" gateway out there? My concern is
that I am not always able to access "arbitrary" sites during the
working hours (this means often Monday to Friday) whereas anything
that comes and goes via e-mail is fine. As a minimum I'd like to have
read access via e-mail despite synchronization problems.

Second question: is it possible to migrate the current archive? Or
would it be a new start for the list?
