[Greasemonkey] Problem with options in an extension

This is a bit off-topic, but the extension originally came from a GM
script, and you lot seem like a knowledgeable bunch.
 
I have an extension which has some options.  I'm seeing weird behaviour
where the order of the last three panes in my preference window varies,
and the titles don't match the panes even though the xul/dtd stuff
should make them.  
 
I'm baffled as to why.  Any suggestions?
