[Greasemonkey] FF Wants to Save User Scripts

I'm developing my first GM user script.  I've been able to run a couple of them, 
and am happy with my progress.

But now, FF won't let me install scripts.  When I point it to a .user.js file, 
it recognizes it as a JavaScript file, and wants to save it to disk.

How do I fix this?
