[Greasemonkey] Getting script to run once the page fully loads

Hi,

I am new to grease monkey. I was wondering how one can get a script to execute
after a page has fully loaded.

Also, I was wondering whether the functions and variables that the page uses are
accessible to grease monkey scripts.
