[Greasemonkey] Firefox 1.5.0.4 update Gm execution anomaly

I've looked at Gm and can't see how or why it is not being loaded
with pages and browser tabs/windows that are created using JS.
(open(), write(), etc.)

A temp work around is to make any GmScripts into bookmarklets so
they can be executed when needed. (rather than reloading the page every
time)

I suppose it is likely that it is a Firefox bug, but how can this
be entered into the bug system? We can't say, "The update is
stopping Greasemonkey from being loaded into JS-created pages".
We could, but I would think their response would be, "Oh, well."

Has anyone entered this as a bug who knows what is going on down
inside Gm? That is, who knows to say that "JS-created pages are
not causing the so-and-so event to be fired", or some thing like that.

And is this happening to everyone, or is it working for anyone?

FYI: My system/setup:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.4)
Gecko/20060508 Firefox/1.5.0.4
