[Greasemonkey] forum vs. mailing list [was: testing]

couldn't be possible to write some kind of forum that all posts go to a
mailing list, and the forum itself is a representation of the mailing-list
(like gmane or mailman archives). User sends mail or post in the forum
(providing username and password first) and that's all. It hasn't got to be
a complex forum. Just a database with all posts stored (and dumped in some
sort of html file) and a user database with user & password information. the
post form should have only an input text and a textarea. no images no links
no nothing. just plain text, as in a mailing list, which for me is by far
the best solution.
