[Greasemonkey] forum vs. mailing list [was: testing]

The mailing list should stay, even if a Gm forum is created. MozillaZine 
is thinking about a restructuring of the forums, and dedicated forums 
for a few of the more popular extensions is still being considered as a 
part of that. If we decide to, Gm will get a forum there if there is 
enough interest to warrant one.
