[Greasemonkey] Edit Script Values from Script Manager

I finished it up, and got cvs diff to half work. This seems to be the
least efficient diff possible, but I think it's all there. If somebody
wants to test this out, it would be appreciated. I think I mostly
figured out the established coding style, but a little bit of cleaning
might be needed.
