Right on, I'll integrate this. I'm not crazy about the function
literal for the callback, I might change that to call a method on
GM_BrowserUI, probably factored so that it is shared with the 1.5
path.

Also, I don't think the 2.0 path needs to specify an observer topic
(install-script) since the callback is doing that work.
