[Greasemonkey] GM + Microsummaries in FF2

A small update on my previous mail.

1. Despite my earlier findings, loading a uSummary generator from a
file:// URL *does* work correctly, based on some more tests.

2. I mailed with Myk Melez about this, who suggested to open a bug on
the uSummaries product. See
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=345716
(addMicrosummaryGenerator with data: URL not working)
