As much as I like to do things with GM, why don't you use the 
DownThemAll! extension with a filter on "mp3", download them to a 
directory, then drag that to e.g. iTunes, which will sort them nicely 
into its library.

Sounds much simpler and straight forward than the steps necessary for 
the podcast solution.
