[Greasemonkey] Don't Work

I'm running Firefox, and my Greasemonkey scripts don't work.

Specifically, I'm running Firefox 1.5.0.4 and Greasemonkey 0.6.4. I've
been thinking about getting my toes wet with writing user scripts, but
I went to DiveIntoGreasemonkey and put up the "Hello World" script and
it did nothing. So I retried all my scripts, and nothing. So I deleted
all my scripts, and nothing.

It used to work! Now I got nothin'!!

Ahem.

Any thoughts as to why this isn't working? I mean, not even with
alert("Hello world!") ? My other extensions are:
        Dom Inspector
        LiveBookmarkThis
        Linky
        Adblock
        FasterFox
        FlashBlock
        GmailDeleteButton
        Show the Image
        PDF Download
        Google Send To Phone
        Google Browser Sync
        del.icio.us
        Javascript Debugger
I wouldn't think there'd be conflicts, but something isn't going.
