Actually, Places was pulled for 2.0, so it's back to the ol' HTML for now.
(I might be missing something, but a fresh Bon Echo profile just has
bookmarks.html in it)

I think the same MozStorage/SQLite code should work just fine; the
Greasemonkey side almost certainly needs tweaking.
