I was getting tired of "beta" software for deployment and was to the
point where I had rewritten a lot of it in django.  Britt did the
research about mongrel and found that it works well.

The date-last-changed is a bug in our original logic where whenever we
update the (nearly useless) ratings, it changes the update stamp on
the record...  This should be an easy fix.

Right now the server is actually only answering 1 request at a time
(on the old server - the new server had one of the raid drives fail
which added to the issues of it dieing regularly).

we need to get a mongrel cluster going (to answer more than one
request at a time) and slowly start adding features/fixes!...
