Well, it has been a few weeks without userscripts.org going down...
(unless you guys have noticed something we haven't)

Britt has tested EVERY possible rails deployment option - from fastcgi
to scgi to cgi to ... running on different web servers, different
database connections, ...

Using mongrel seems to work!  It has been two weeks without a call at
4am saying "DOOH its down again"

Unless anyone has seen any problems we are going to work on deploying
stuff we've written but not deployed (eg forum, ....)
