[Greasemonkey] Userscripts.org Wikified Scripts: Branching

There has been some discussion on this list about "wikifying" scripts
on userscripts.org, and most people seemed to be in favor of this..
Nobody exactly defined what a wikified script is, so I'd like to
describe the functionality as I see it working best and then open it
up to comments.

I think a better metaphor than "wiki" is "branch", like a branch or
fork in software development. Each script can come with a "Branch this
script" link, which will give the user a form in which to paste,
upload, or link a derivative of the original script.

Script pages will list all scripts branched from it, and, if
appropriate, will link to the parent script.

I think this is clearer than a wiki model, since the original author
doesn't automatically turn the script over to the community. Instead,
the community hacks on existing scripts more in the way it has been
done for the last year.

As for implementing this, I don't know Ruby, so I'm at the mercy of
Jesse and Britt (I hope I didn't forget anybody).
