I think the reason nobody uses it is that it is continually breaking.
But, did you see that in HEAD, you can now get commands in the context
menu for iframes? Also, I think this approach will be more break
resistant.

The only issue is that the accelerator text (Ctrl+T) is still todo. I
need to talk to some mozillites to figure out how to compute it.
