Hi, dear! To what such complexities? For other extensions to generate
(sufficient condition) three files ("contents.rdf",
"yourextension.dtd", "yourextension.properties") which are placed in
subtree corresponding locale (for example, fr-FR, pt-BR or ru-RU)
enough. The translated text(strings) in coding UTF-8.
