P.S.: to use the locale you have to apply chris feldmans diff, extract 
the files in the "chrome/chromeFiles/locale/" directory and add the 
following line to your "chrome.manifest"

locale     greasemonkey   de-DE   chrome/chromeFiles/locale/de-DE/
