Simon, my apologies, but I hadn't.  I guess both Aaron and I are busy
right now.  I hope to return to working on GM real-soon-now, but I
don't have a good estimate of when that'd be.

Anyway, I'd want to test the contentType thing as well, add additional
mime types (wrong, but frequently used), and, when encountering a
.user.js with the wrong mimetype, have some fallback (maybe indicate
it could be a userscript, but we're not sure?).

Thanks for the patch, at any rate (so to speak).
