[Greasemonkey] Can greasemonkey set user prefs?

I'm the author of the compiler in question, and I realize that this is 
probably just the solution.  I was asked a while back to add Firefox 2.0 
compatibility for the generated XPIs and just threw it in, not realizing 
this particular problem.

Look for it to be updated shortly =)
