[Greasemonkey] Most efficient way to find any string

Hi,
What is the most efficient way to find any string 
in any DOM node on a web page?

Reason I'd like to do this: I use a wiki and Fogbugz
at work.  We often refer to fogbugs case #s on the
wiki pages.  I would like to automatically locate and
replace any occurance of the regular expression match
/Case\s\d+/i on any wiki page with a hyperlink to the
case in Fogbugz.
