[Greasemonkey] Cannot install user scripts

that is right - I thought "new user script" meant "install a new user
script". When the file dialog came up, I thought it was asking for the
location of a gm user.js script and did not notice it was asking me for the
location of notepad.
Maybe if the editor has not been set, it puts up a message telling the user
that the editor is not set and there is another menu option that sets up the
location of the editor.
