I have a feeling this guy is experiencing people using GM on his webgame:

But I think any developer worth any salt can get around any "detection
mechanism" you design.  If you want to avoid people automatically playing
the game, just put more bot-captchas in there.  And in the case of people
using GM to design a better interface, well frankly that would be flattering
to me.  :)
