[Greasemonkey] Real soon now: S3 script val store

As part of our (our = Openomy's) upcoming Greasemonkey initiatives,  
we've implemented O_getValue and O_setValue (for "Openomy_getValue"  
and "Openomy_setValue"), which do basically this. They're not open to  
the public yet, but they certainly could be.

... And they're done. :)

You don't have to configure GM to handle it, you just have to be  
using an Openomy app-- of course, we could easily modify this for  
basically anything.
