[Greasemonkey] API brainstorming: GM services?

I myself wondered whether a GM_xmlrpc API would be useful.

Then I realised that xml-rpc is dying... even if doing it can be as easy as
an adaptation of GM_xmlHttpRequest, and there is currently not much demand
for it.
