I think the order of common-ness goes something like this:
* enable/disable
* change include/exclude
* edit
* uninstall
But by comparison, I think that *all* of these are much more commonly
used than their counterparts for extensions. Extensions are something
you play with once every two weeks, user scripts something you play
with every third day.
Also, though it is not typical to have more than a few extensions, I
think it is common to have 10 or more scripts.
So I think that the UI for viewing and disabling should be much
lightweight than a dialog. And I think that getting to |edit| and
|new| should be pretty easy too.
