[Greasemonkey] Contributing a user script

Hi, 

If people haven't noticed Britt and I have had time to fix several of
the problems with userscripts:

  - mainly now greasemonkeyed, userscript, .. redirect to userscripts.org
  - tag bubble is now under control ( we randomly choose half, half
are most popular tags)
  - a page which lists all the ideas
  - a page that lists new scripts

We have a lot still to do, but things are getting stablized..  Before
our updates, rendering the front page took 2 seconds (of server
time)...  now all the DB calls are cached (for a few minutes) so it
only takes .2 seconds.

There are some RSS feeds available for scripts, but we are having an
issue with caching of rss feeds, so until they are, we aren't
advertising them :)

Still to work on (soon):

 - redo CSS/design ...  
 - redo adding a script process
 - redo voting
 - add recomendation system
 - and more ...
