You are supposed to browse to the editor you want to use, not a
script, when that dialog appears; so on windows, notepad.exe or some
similar text editor. You can fix it by putting 'about:config' (w/o
quotes) in the url bar of the browser and finding the setting
'greasemonkey.editor' and modifying the string value to include the
path to an editing program.
