[Greasemonkey] (WIN) - Scriptmanager > Script > Edit

[Ying Zhang]

For me, it lets me browse to a new js script the very first time and
after that it does nothing. It's really frustrating. I think it will be
very helpful if it does allow to reupload a js locally.
