[Greasemonkey] Dochandler.js rev.1.16 (HEAD) - broken

This change was intended to fix some of the invalid document errors.
It was discussed here, the thread begins:

Don't bother with the patch, I don't think it's worth anyone's time to
continue down this dochandler route.
