[Greasemonkey] Minor feature request: display the Greasemonkey version in the configuration pane

I support this on general principles.  You can find the installed
version in the Extensions manager but it seems like GM should also
have the version string in the Manage user scripts dialog.  Obviously,
 I'm sure Aaron would welcome patches.
