It's a side-effecty of a policy decision by the Extension Mirror
admins.  With Mozilla Update actually functional these days, TEM
decided to stop listing stuff on UMO.  They are now only mirroring
extensions that *aren't* on Mozilla Update.

TEM is a voluinteer effort, and it was getting too hard for the
moderators to keep up with everything.
