You mean without reloading the original site?
Do you know about the javascript console? (Tools->javascript console).
Does it say anything in there when the script doesn't work? Does it
say anything when it does?

GM doesn't give ANY error messages all by itself (or none that apply
here). Any error messages are javascript related or hard-coded by the
script author.
MUST....KNOW...ERROR...MESSAGE.
