[Greasemonkey] GM_registerMenuCommand & GM 0.6.3

I'm also seeing the problem with my script and the new GM:

Weird thing is:
The script shows just one instance of the menu options on 
www.amazon.co.uk, but twice on www.amazon.com

I remember that in the last beta version of GM, amazon.com returned the 
"Component Not Available" error, and amazon uk didn't. Perhaps it's related?
