This check box is more in the style of command line programs than GUI,
in that you have to choose all of your options before executing an
action. Once you press Uninstall, it's too late and you have to go to
about:config to remove the values (unless you press Cancel, which
deserves its own discussion).

While this is definitely a step forward from no options, I think a
dialog would be superior, since it follow a natural progression of
thought: "I want to uninstall this script -> I also want to get rid of
its preferences" rather than "When I uninstall this script, I want to
get rid of its preferences -> I want to uninstall this script".
