Well I was aiming for extreme simplicity in the back-end, so all the
scripts are also readily visible at http://porges.name/combobulate/ to
remove any suspicions that you may have!
I have an idea for the submission process which would involve multiple
levels of vetting for javascript to get through :)

Indeed, I use AdBlock myself (how can anyone not?! :D) but there are a
couple of places in which it falls down a bit - for example it has a
tendency to leave some pages mangled (by leaving container elements
lying around), and I see this as more a page-cleanup form of
adblocking than a wide-ranging block-all. ...Remember the
possibilities cover more than just adblocking... see it as a general
annoyance-removal mechanism, if you will.
(Also I forgot to mention in my first message that you should be using
0.6.3 for it to work on CNN/Google/other sites I haven't discovered
;]!)
... and now off to write some kind of rule submission thingymajig.
