You eval the returned JS.  You may be a good guy, but I wouldn't
install this script nor trust the community to supply only
well-intentioned scripts per-domain.  :)

For the ad bit, you've seen AdBlock, right?  There's a ginormous
community keeping the blacklist up to date.  Nice wheel they have
there.  :)

There's been talk of wikifying userscript.org, but unfortunately, I've
spent very little time on it.
