Funny you ask, because I was just about to post one and didn't know
what text to quote. ;-)

When JS is unavailable, disable Greasemonkey (grey out the monkey and
such.) When a user tries to enable Greasemonkey, they get a dialog
that says, basically, "JS is off, which is needed for GM. Would you
like to turn it on? [yes/no]".
