[Greasemonkey] Some newbie question about remove a tag from source

Hi there!
I'm using greasemonkey since few weeks ago and i'm coding some personal
userscript to change the css style and remove some tags from a home-page,
the css part it's done but the remove isn't working, i read the dive into
greasemonkey tutorial but i couldn't do it

i need to know how can i remove all the <script> tags from sources

by the way, can you recommend it some links about learning a few tricks
from javascript to use with gm ?
